What to Wear
Ladies should wear panties and bra or a bathing suit. Men can
wear shorts.
Measuring
If you want to see the results, measure yourself and mark where
you measure so that you can be sure to measure in the exact same
spot when the wrap is complete.
Dry Skin Brushing
If you have a body brush, brush entire areas where wrap is to be
performed.
Dry skin brushing prior to the
Body Wrap will remove all the dead skin cells from the surface
of the skin, stimulate the sweat glands, and open up the pores.
This enables the body wrap formula to penetrate more thoroughly
and effectively. Most important, the brushing will stimulate
your blood circulation which is the indirect cause of cellulite.
Performing the Body Wrap
Mix 1 cup of Herbal Body Wrap Concentrate with 1 gallon of water,
add wraps to the solution, heat and soak for 30 minutes prior to
wrapping.
Wring out wraps to prevent dripping and wrap the areas where you
wish to lose inches and improve cellulite and skin tone. Always
start wrapping furthest from the heart and work toward the heart
wrapping tightly but not too tight as to cut off circulation. The
compression of the wraps will help improve inch loss. When
finished wrapping, put on a sweat suit, sauna suit or cover with
a blanket to stay warm. You can relax in a sauna or other heating
unit but be sure to drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration.
Stay in wraps for 60-90 minutes. After unwrapping, measure again
if desired to see inch loss results.
How Often to Wrap
You can experience a wrap every
other day. For best results, complete a series of 8-12 wraps. We
recommend purchasing 1/2 gallon of the herbal bodywrap solution
which gives you 8 full body wraps.
